A brief history of SoffSeal

REQUIREMENTS AND POLICIES FOR OUR JOBBER PROGRAMS:

We offer two programs and pricing levels for our Jobbers. Standard Jobber status customers have a buy-in and annual maintenance requirements. The 25% Jobber program has no buy-in, hence the discount is less. Both programs are explained in detail below:

Jobber requirements:

Jobber status is an approximate 50% discount from the suggested retail prices on SoffSeal manufactured products.* To receive Jobber pricing, you must place an initial order of $1000 and maintain $2,000 in annual sales. Your sales will be reviewed every six months and we reserve the right to adjust your status based on your sales.

25% Jobber requirements:

The 25% Jobber program requires no initial order. This program enables businesses who can't place an initial order to receive a 25% discount from suggested retail prices on SoffSeal manufactured products.* Your sales will be reviewed every six months. If after 6 months, your monthly purchases are between $500 and $1000 you may continue to purchase at a 25% discount. If after 6 months, your purchases are maintained at over $1000 per month, you will be moved to Jobber status (see Jobber requirements above). If after 6 months, your purchases are less than $500 per month, you will be eligible for a 10% shop discount.

* We offer some products not manufactured by SoffSeal. Ask your Sales representative for discount details.

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse to sell A&M SoffSeal, Inc. products to competitive manufacturers; or to any company or individual that we feel will represent our products in an unsuitable fashion; or to any company or individual who might, in our opinion, use our products in a manner not in the best interest of SOFFSEAL, INC.
